Booked in for full service and MOT Had a call to discuss a "safety report" that had been done, I had no prior knowledge of this. The report showed "urgent- action today" and "amber" recommendations, totalling almost £3k of work. I advised I only wanted the garage to complete the work I had booked in for and any additional work I would take elsewhere, I was rudely asked why this was the case if I was happy for them to do the service and MOT. As usual a brilliant service. The staff is friendly and all do a fab job. Will highly recommend
From the time I sent in the request for a quote I have had excellent service. I received the quote the same day with a follow up message. The car was picked up and all work completed and returned the following day. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant and professional and the price was very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommend this company.
