Had a 3PM appointment was 15 minutes late coming from Santa Monica, the last time I in Hermosa Beach was more than a decade so I was a bit lost. I wasn't aware of all the construction which slowed traffic a bit too. Called 3 times and I guess that was annoying to Jess/ica and she was becoming rude.
