What's a doctor is amazing, but getting ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment or get anything done with the forms or the pharmacy is a literal nightmare. It is necessary to physically drive to the office to get anything done.
Been seeing Dr Mahdavian for sometime and I have to say I am displeased with his responsive and his bedside manner. You would be lucky if a staff answers a phone call. He lack of explanation after a procedure is poor to say the least. Save your time and your health and see someone else.
Horrible staff. Staff is rude and hard to get a hold of anyone in the office or let alone have someone call you back. Have waited 2 weeks for simple test results. Doctor Mahdavian is quick to see you and doesn’t explain things, he wants to be in and out. Quick to see you and quicker to dismiss you.
