Extremely terrible service, you call and always get an answering service, they transfer you to the front desk, get a VM that says the message box is full and the call ends. Have called seven times and never reach an actual person from the office. I have been able to leave a message at another extension twice and still do not get a call back. I have asked the answering service to speak to the office manager and the call drops when being transferred. Choose another office for a neurologist or surgeon.
Dr nezhad was a great doctor when he was at Dignity Health then he moved to Link Neurology and let me tell you… EVERYTHING changed. They don’t have my records from when he was at Dignity, don’t have my papers to get my license back, TRIED to charge me to have them filled out again so I can get my license back. Got 4 call backs from different people not from this country (outsourced calls). Just over all very bad service since the move. Needless to say I will not go and see him when he is working at a greedy facility.
Uncaring Dr. Zero bedside manner. Unethical. He didn't believe me in any way. I had to advocate strongly for myself to get a diagnostic procedure ordered, for a possible brain condition. I was extremely concerned about having this condition being in my mid 30's, just finding a small tumor, and having a past history of this condition but with completely different symptoms. I SCHEDULED AN APPT WITH DR ERIKA LAN 3 WKS OUT WAS A LOT FOR THESE HORRIBLE MIGRAINES AND AFTER REACHING OUT TO DR NAZAD'S OFFICE WITH VALERIE SHE WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH A SOONER APPT WHICH I REALLY DO APPRECIATE HER THANKS TO HER I WAS ABLE TO START MY TREATMENT SOONER THAN I THOUGHT THANK YOU SO MUCH VALERIE
TLDR; Dr. Nezhad didn’t tell me that I had a 1.4cm tumor in my pituitary gland. I was really excited to meet Dr. Nezhad, as I was in need of a new neurologist and booked my appointment months in advance. In November, Dr. Nezhad ordered a brain MRI to investigate the etiology of my epilepsy at my request. I received a call from his office a day or two after I’d done my scan, reassuring me that my scan was “clear” and they couldn’t identify the cause of my seizures.
