My car was totaled by Equity Insurance of Tulsa. They said Mannheim Tulsa would contact me to make arrangements to pick up my car. Once Ashley of Mannheim made contact with me they said Stanley would pick up the car. Don’t know who Stanley was or where from but evidently it was from Enid. Very poor communication between Mannheim and Stanley as the car was picked up while I was gone. Was I surprised when I came home to see the car gone from the driveway.
