Had a phone call from the auctioneer after I bought my car. He said, "Call him if I have trouble with anything to do with car pickup." Picked up car in Townsville, excellent customer service by the staff. They even offered a battery jump start if my car wouldn't start. It all went smoothly, car started fine, drove to mechanic to get roadworthy done. Staff excellent, auctioneer in Brisbane excellent. 5 star service. Absolute pain in the ass to deal with this company, their processes are unnecessarily complicated and staff are very rude and arrogant. If you like being treated like an idiot, deal with Manheim. If you want a friendly, positive experience, I’d go to any other auction house.
Hidden fees……. I Have been Using other reputable Car auction organisations And recently decided to try use Manheim auctions recently found out that this is the only auction company that allows outside Car companies to charge whatever they wish to load your vehicles. This is a hidden fee and they justify this by the last photo in their listing. Item listing description and photos very poor! Would never had bought if all the damages were listed and close up photos. Beware!! After sales extremely poor. Rude ladies no help at all however the after sales were there Brisbane team.
