Manhiem updated their arbitration policy. New dealers has to be in business for at least 6 months to be able to buy car. If you bid on cars they will hold your vehicles for at lease 8 days . I decided to buy from other auctions in the area they welcome new dealers and they do not hold purchases . Shame on you Manhiem
We have 4 locations we opened fifth one and now we have been placed on 8 days hold on all five locations every purchase because the new location has to be 6 months in business . We have purchased 18 vehicles all were green lights and by time were released all 18 vehicles were not covered under arbitration policy since we bought them over 8 days . 18 vehicles all were scored over 4 with green lights and al were inspected by Manheim but when got them at our shop they were junk and 3 of them had engine problems.
