Each time I deal with Manheim I'm calm and confident because they provide complete transparent information on every car they sell. This is really important and it's for this reason that I lately prefer online car selling sites because of the immediate availability of all the car's info. My other choice in this respect besides Manheim would be RepoKar, a very convenient and reliable online car auctioning web site too. I really liked internet car shopping and consider it very handy.
Manheim Central Florida is terrible about getting back to you on "IF" sales. Had to call them repeatedly and still never received an answer. One star only.

I purchased car at this auction when I went to get it I spent four hours looking for the car and it was not found had to pay a driver to pick up the car and to date they are still looking for the car poor customer service not a very good place to do business with you cant even get to speak with a manager don't use this auction poor customer service long lines to pay for cars and long waits for titles
Anyone attending this auction, as I have dozens of times over the past thirty years should be aware that the address given is 5425 Highway 31 E, Clarksville, IN 47129, and that address is wrong. Over twenty-five years ago the name of the highway was changed from U.S. Highway 31 E. to plain old U.S. Highway 31, but the post office refuses to update the address, and everyone on that road has to use the old address for their mail, including the Indiana State Highway Department's own garage, which is on that stretch of road. I deal with many auctions and this is one of the worst run of any of them. I have given them numerous chances and every time it's the same thing. Use somewhere else if your a dealer.
