It's ok
if I could give a zero in customer service I would. There is a receptionist named Lisa who is very unhelpful. When I finally went to another person to ask for help, it was then she decided to but in. Next time I'm going to a different location as long as that rude receptionist is there I'm no longer going to oceanside.
One of the worst locations I have been to for Manheim. Security here has the rudest service and no common sense. WiFi signal is poor their printer has been out of toner for over a year.
The security guard had jumper cables for the car, but he refused to give them to me in my stressful situation at night.
