Its like a wild goose hunt to get your car back. This place profits on people falling on hard times. Its despicable. Shame on all of you who are associated with this business. People in their 80s struggling to find the building to get their vehicle back. This whole system is meant to keep us sick and stuck!!!!
What used to be the best auction, is now the worst. Totally disintegrating before your eyes, for the last 5 years. Bad news.
I have been a dealer over 30 years in Kansas City. This was my first visit here. The auction is the biggest I have ever seen. But the staff here is very friendly. Everyone helped me get my purchase and get back on the road. It was a pleasure meeting such nice people. I wish all the auctions were as nice.
