The auction and its staff have always been a positive experience for me except for one guard that was a big pain.. always talked to you with an attitude and treated you less than. I’ve not seen her the last few times I’ve been there and everyone I’ve interacted with has been very professional and courteous. My biggest gripe I have is the transport lot.. there is no reason for the entrance to the lot to have gigantic potholes.
