I don't like two things: Public membership $400, only 1 person admition.
Great customer service
John Deck is very unprofessional. He is the general manager of the facility but acts like the owner of the place. Apparently we didn’t know that we can’t pickup a car from lane 18 and we explained in a calm manner. However, he started nudging us to leave. He didn’t have to touch us to get us to leave. He can verbally say so and that’s the end of the story. Unprofessional and inhuman person. We need to treat each other with respect and integrity.
