Very disappointed with the customer service at this Auction, especially from the manager Amanda. I was treated with disrespect and felt completely dismissed during my visit. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, but instead, Amanda's attitude made the situation worse. I expected better treatment as a small business. I will be taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend this Manheim Auto Auction location to others.
