I have been buying cars from Manheim for about 35 years, rarely I would have an issue, not last week, I bought a car from dealer A, I get an email saying I bought the car from dealer A but when I got the title, the seller was dealer B and all records online changed to dealer B. I wouldn't buy the car if it was dealer B, this falls under Chapter 93A in MA, unfair or deceptive conduct in the marketplace.
