This place is absolute mess, vehicles randomly missing, nobody cares, everyone on the phone, nobody gives any assistance with anything. Do not do business with this auction, as you will waste a lot of your time.
The new DealShield program is one of the most dealer-unfriendly policies Manheim has introduced. Charging dealers an automatic $95 fee on every vehicle purchase with protection ( deal shield )is bad enough, but forcing dealers to pay a 5% restocking fee and forfeit the $95 when returning a problematic vehicle is unacceptable. If we’re paying 95$ for protection if the car has major problems why the restocking charge ? Keep it green light or red light and stop that scam. How a company like this has no control of your employees, I’m here to pick up a car with the forklift, has no others trucks, I arrived 10 am and after 1 hour I still waiting for the forklift, I went at security to question about, the say nothing can do. This is ridiculous, I lost already 1 hour of my travel.
