Drove over an hour there to pay for some cars. They closed at 4. Says 5 inline. Pretty much screwed up and wasted my whole day! Either be opne when youbsay you are or fix the online closing time!!
i was just dangerously cut off by one of your drivers. I had legally merged into a lane in front of the car and a minute later got out from b hung me and cut me off while a lane was ending. it’s a a bigger truck and it felt like payback. you guys need better drivers. i don’t have the license plate but the car had USDOT679784i felt very unsafe with this person driving
If I could put less of one star I would. This place has given me the run around since 2 weeks ago when they got their money and STILL haven’t released the car. The customer service rep has been nothing but absolutely rude, acting like this inconvenience is coming out of HER check. They took my money and my car. I have nothing and when I asked to speak to a manager I was on hold for 5 mins then told “he’s not available “. This service is UNACCEPTABLE and I hope someone benefits from this review. Please don’t use this company
