This place makes it so hard for people trying to get their vehicles back. If you all don’t have the proper set up for your system you should not be taking peoples vehicles, it just doesn’t make sense. Everytime I called it was a new person telling me new stuff. One more lazy and cheap branch of a rich company. 1 out of hundreds that "can't" afford 1 printer and couple boxes of paper per month to prevent having those "supereasymoneymaking" truck drivers run an extra circles to find a closest FedEx, after they get to manheim to find out they don't have a printer...
