Very rude, Mr. Vinson. Customer service goes both ways. You represented your company very very BAD. Will not recommend this company
Their arbitration favors big sellers like Carvana, they denied my genuine claim and didn't listen to me. John Hepner from arbitration is unprofessional and lacks courtesy and sense of judgment, his supervisors are the same, hard to contact them and resolve issues.
