These people very slow in terms of the refund process. We bought vehicle, paid it off, at collection we found hidden damage were not showing in the photos. We refused to collect it and asked to refund us. They’ve admitted that the damage was not showing in the photos, they said will take one month to refund it (not sure why), two and half months still did not receive the money, their excuse is that lots employees on their leave 😔, finally we bought another vehicle and I asked them to transfer the money to the new vehicle an... read more

I recently scored the deal of a lifetime at Manheim, saving $40k on a light commercial truck that runs perfectly. The team provided excellent service, both over the phone and in person. There was a minor hiccup with payment processing, briefly delaying my collection details, but it was swiftly resolved by phone. The staff were helpful, charming, and professional.
