Don't waste your time you win and can't get the veichle. I had a dealer broker a deal for me to buy a 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 Ulitmate. We won the bid, received the invoice, but wanted to bank wire and they would never give the bank wire info after 2 weeks of calling and they didn't give us the truck. Very incompitent waste of time to try to buy a vehicle there. Prior to this truck we tried 2 other Manhiem locations and they never gave us the invoice when we won so we couldn't pay.
I have been trying to contact this place for over a week now! Nobody answers and the time on the website is wrong! Very very poor customer care, update your times or answer your calls!
