I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Manheim and I want to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. I recently purchased a vehicle from Manheim online. The photos a listing showed a car that looked very clean, in good condition, with only minor issues. When the car was delivered, the reality was completely different. Purchased a wonderful machine, and with Mannheim it was a simple & straightforward process. Great staff & team.
Went there for the first time and encountered 4 employees every one of them were full of attitude and arrogant
Security got bad attitude
The car I purchased onlne was graded 'Vsual Grade 1' however, when it arrived, it had several really deep scratches on the front bumper from a poorly repaired collision, and a very wide and deep scratch running from the front fender all the way back to the rear bumper. It also had several other large, over 300 mm, and deep, beyond the clear coat scratches on the rear bumper. None of those were mentioned in the description or visible on the photos provided.
