I purchased a 2021 Porsche Taycan Turbo through Manheim Auctions (Cox Automotive Melbourne). The vehicle failed almost immediately after collection making it just a few kms down the road and shut down while driving on a public road. Very bad experience with Manheim. This was my first time buying from their auction, and I regret it. The vehicle I bought had serious and obvious mechanical problems that were noticeable immediately just by looking at it and driving it, engine shaking, loud noises, and clear signs something was wrong. Never buy from them, I had bought a car online says Prado GXL, once l won the auction and paid l released the car was GX not GXL. I contacted them but they tried to playing around by saying what makes you believe is GX? Because l checked the car VIN in Toyota dealership and confirmed by them the car GX not Gxl. Next step taking this matter to court and make them pay more.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was explained clearly, which made bidding straightforward and stress-free. There was a good range of vehicles, the auction ran smoothly, and the overall atmosphere was professional but welcoming.
