Wake up people ! Go and buy a car at a dealership, pay slightly more ( in some cases) and know you have warranty. These guys are liars and cars go from there and end up at Grays online and vice versa, I know this because I bought two of these cars. both absolute lemons. bought a jeep recently ( June 2025) and there was a major oil leak from the yard that i couldn't see as public isn't allowed there, and it dropped its oil instantly on the freeway and the engine is now destroyed because i couldn't stop on the westgate bridge ... read more

I recently had my car towed to Manheim through my insurance company. The car was a write off and I recieved an email asking if I needed to retrieve anything from my car and if so where in the vehicle everything was and to note what they were. From the start of dealing with my insurance I made clear that I needed to retrieve stuff from the car so this wasn't new information to anybody.
