I placed an order and never received it. I contacted the company and was told "We're sorry for the trouble. We have noticed a number of orders which say stuck in pre-shipment since 10/10/24. It seems the warehouse preemptively printed out a batch of labels for orders but didn't send them out after the labels were printed. I'm sorry to see that your order was one of the ones affected. I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND MY ORDER TOOK 18 DAYS TO GET HERE AND ONLY HAD 3 OF THE 5 ITEMS I PURCHASED!! I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REQUEST ANY KIND OF REFUND FOR THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND WAS TOLD NO THAT THEY DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING NO MATTER WHAT!! I ordered 3 fan packs for jelly roll hoodie and signed CDs combo. I only received the hoodies. The signed CDs were NOT in the package. I have been emailing costumer service daily for over a week and no response. Very disappointing UPDATE: they said they will send me the CDs that was in November.
