Terrible experience. I ordered concert merch for Stardew Valley on August 29th. Nearly a month (and 3 unanswered emails) later, I haven’t received anything nor has my shipment been updated on their page. Gonna just charge back on my credit card because this is ridiculous. No idea how these people are in business still
I ordered, paid in full, have yet to receive merchandise from April 2025. It's now showing it was returned. I've never received it, nor any refund and have not heard on complaints now filed!! I NEEDED this merchandise to gift for my Veteran Husband who is a diehard Jelly Roll fan and overcoming his own demons!!! HELP GET ME MY PRODUCT!!!! ... I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Manhead. I placed an order and the tracking clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong city—not my address. When I reached out for support, the response I received was dismissive and placed the responsibility entirely on me to resolve the issue with the carrier, even though the carrier was selected and arranged by Manhead. Pretty awful. I requested to cancel an order before it was dispatched. They still dispatch the item and then claimed it was too late to cancel. Really terrible service, avoid at all costs
