If I could give them zero stars I would. The blinds they installed two years ago are already broken (fraying on the sides and shade cannot actually go up all the way so we have no light in our master bedroom). We contacted them and it took two weeks to get a call back. They told us they were a bit behind with repairs do to Covid (which is understandable) and that we would be contacted for repairs in the next two weeks.
