I had a rather disappointing first experience at this store. I visited to seek suggestions for products to use in a project. While I understand that not everyone is an expert in every field, the employee’s attitude towards me was quite dismissive. A cosplayer's paradise! I didn't know what to expect but this place blew me away. In such a compact space they manage to have everything you could need for costuming, makeup, hair, even making custom shoes. They are actively building their resources for cosplay specifically, so I'm excited to see where they go with that. The staff were welcoming and great at answering questions. They have things you never knew you needed. Seriously just check it out. You won't regret it.

Avoid unless you are desperate to get something last minute. 1) they over charge for everything. Literally everything is cheaper online with shipping. The only reason why you would want to shop here is if you really need something very specific fast. 2) The main reason for the bad review is horrible employees. Everyone here is so rude and elitist. They look and treat you like dirt. Like wearing a t shirt to a Chanel store and they judge you like you don't belong. This is how this store has been for years. There really isn't ... read more
