On my wedding day the the driver was rude to my wife and maid of honor, and once he dropped her off at the wedding ceremony he left. When I called the management they proceeded to make excuses for the driver, even going so far as to blame my wife for the problem. Even though I paid for 3 hours, and the driver only stayed for 45 minutes, they would only reimburse one hour. So I ended up paying for two hours of service and only received 45 minutes.
