Horrible, unprofessional Company and Customer Service. – I booked this company through Limo Coach USA for my friends Bachelorette party. We booked the limo to drive us upstate to check out some wineries . The limo arrived on time at 9 am, and after that it was all downhill. Terrible ! Terrible ! DO NOT USE ! – This company was absolutely terrible and my husband is currently drafting a letter to let them know how disappointed we were with their service. First of all, I get a call from my husband at 3pm the day of the wedding to ask for the wedding coordinator’s number. Wonderful limousine service! – I hired Manhattan VIP Limo for my birthday. I was given a decent rate. The beautiful limo was on time, the driver was well presented and polite. He took us on a nice quick tour around Manhattan before dropping us at our destination. We were picked up outside the club again on time and dropped us to our homes safely. Simply THE BEST! We booked from Manhattan VIP Limo the white Chrysler 300 C for 12 Passengers for my bachelor party. It was fantastic! The service we got was much better than I expected and it was afford-ably priced. The chauffeur was a good sport yet very professional and knew all this hot places. Do not use this Limo serviced – On my wedding day the the driver was rude to my wife and maid of honor, and once he dropped her off at the wedding ceremony he left. When I called the management they proceeded to make excuses for the driver, even going so far as to blame my wife for the problem. Even though I paid for 3 hours, and the driver only stayed for 45 minutes, they would only reimburse one hour. So I ended up paying for two hours of service and only received 45 minutes.
