John did a great job fixing my subzero refrigerator. I would highly recommend his work to anyone.
Great service. Accommodated my work schedule. Extremely knowledgeable. Knew the intricacies of Sub--Zero. I have a 24 year refrigerator that he was able to fix. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. I just called and was connected to the "emergency" line. I was rudely told that I was not calling during normal business hours and call someone else. If you don't have service off hours don't have an emergency line.
WOW! These guys are incredible. We have a Subzero 611 that went dead after hours. I left a message. A repair person named John called me and proceeded to walk me through all the things I could do to NOT NEED A SERVICE VISIT! Remarkable responsiveness and helpfulness. I'm going to use this place for any repairs they can do
