I had an antique silk rug that needed careful cleaning, so I decided to try their Antique rug cleaning service. They collected it from my home and took it to their facility. I liked that they didn’t rush and used a proper rug cleaning process. When it came back after a few days, it looked much cleaner without losing its original look. The silk still felt smooth. I’m very satisfied with how they handled it.

I honestly didn’t think my rug was that dirty until I got it back. Once it was laid down again, I could clearly see the difference. The colors were easier on the eyes and the rug felt more comfortable to walk on. I liked that I didn’t have to deal with any cleaning happening in my home. Everything was handled elsewhere and returned ready to use, which made the whole thing feel easy.

My area rug sits right by the patio door, so it collects dust and pet hair all year. After the cleaning, it looks like I just bought it. The colors are bright again, the edges are straight, and it feels fluffy instead of stiff. I didn’t realize how much dirt builds up even when you vacuum regularly.

They cleaned a large Oriental rug for me that’s been in the family for years. I was nervous to send it, but it came back absolutely stunning. It looks richer than I’ve ever seen it.
