I honestly didn’t think my rug was that dirty until I got it back. Once it was laid down again, I could clearly see the difference. The colors were easier on the eyes and the rug felt more comfortable to walk on. I liked that I didn’t have to deal with any cleaning happening in my home. Everything was handled elsewhere and returned ready to use, which made the whole thing feel easy.
