The quality of care is decent, but it is significantly overpriced, which unfortunately seems typical. The billing practices at this office are particularly problematic. I’ve been given conflicting information by different staff members, and I’ve received multiple incorrect bills over the years. Most recently, they sent a copay from nearly five years ago to a collections agency, which was extremely frustrating and unnecessary. Doctor is ok, admin personnel is, unfortunately, incompetent.
Dr. Peril was patient, understanding, listened to my needs and explained everything in a way I could understand. He is also kind, punctual, professional, he is simply AMAZING!!
