I’ve been to two Manhattan Specialty Care clinics in the city, and while the physicians have been very kind and effective, they routinely bill 6+ months late and often with hidden or surprise fees. Dr. Mallam has been seeing me for a while now, and she has been the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. She never treated me like just a number—she truly tailored her suggestions, tests, and interventions based on my specific concerns. Thanks to her thorough care, I’m finally having some relief with my issues. Requested me to do surgery at a facility that is out of network even though I called to confirm the appointment is in network. And the facility charged me 5K. Please be careful
