While we were in Marblehead on Sunday, we stopped into Manhattan Sandwich Company to grab a couple sandwiches to go—thanks Whatdidyoueattodaysir! We got The Empire Club stacked with roast beef, turkey, & ham on light rye, plus Mickey’s #7—both loaded with Swiss, coleslaw, & Russian dressing. Best sandwich I've ever had in my life
I really wanted to like this place given the high reviews, but the quality just isn't there. The sandwich was bland, the deli meat felt cheap, and the bread was massively stale and parched. For a place that claims to be a NYC style deli, it misses the mark on every hallmark of an actual good deli. I don’t understand the high ratings; a crappy sub chain like Jimmy John’s offers more flavor and fresher ingredients than this. Don't waste your money.
