Worst roofing experience I’ve ever had. The crew showed up late every day and sometimes didn’t show up at all. They left tools and materials scattered across my yard, and my driveway was full of nails. The workmanship is awful—shingles lifting, ridge caps not secured properly, and gutters bent from carelessness. When I asked them to fix the mistakes, they told me it was “normal” and refused to do anything. Completely unprofessional.

Hiring this contractor was a big mistake. They acted professional when they wanted my deposit, but after that, everything went downhill. The project was delayed, communication was poor, and the quality of work is embarrassing. The roof looks unfinished, and I can already see spots where water is seeping in. To make things worse, they damaged my siding and never took responsibility. I regret ever trusting them with my home.

I am extremely disappointed with this contractor. They gave me a fair estimate, but once the project started, they kept finding “extra work” that wasn’t in the original agreement. My final bill was almost double what they quoted. The roof itself looks terrible—shingles are misaligned, and the flashing around the skylight is already coming loose. I tried to contact them about the problems, but they avoid my calls. Very dishonest business.
