Ally is an amazing therapist, and our son loves her. Definitely a five-star experience with her. However, when we arrived her coworker Anna went into her room and blasted her TV or laptop at an extremely loud volume during my son’s session. I felt terrible for my son, as he had to endure such an unpleasant noise during his play therapy with Ally. I saw no empathy, kindness, or respect from Anna. Wonderful team. Each one brings something unique to the practice. They make you feel taken care whether on zoom or at their lovely office and are always invested in your goals. Conveniently located in the heart of Williamsburg as well!
