Best Eggplant parm sandwich in PHX – The Pizza was pretty good. The eggplant parm sub was unbelievable. It was not your average eggplant parm. Most sandwiches have breaded eggplant. I love breaded and fried eggplant. This was different. The sauce was bursting with flavor. The eggplant danced through the sauce.
