Dr. Mark and his team are very nice but the service comes at a big premium. $450 for my 3 year old to get her teeth looked at for 10 minutes. $805 for my 7 year old for the same plus x-rays. For both kids Dr. Mark said their teeth are super healthy. If you're charging $225 for a "consult" maybe the best thing would be to stop there instead of charging $150 for a 2 minute cleaning and $70 for a swipe of fluoride plus $100-150 per x-ray.
Pain to deal with because they don’t file insurance claim. Took 6 months and 4 attempts to get the right forms from the office so it wouldn’t get rejected by insurance. Front desk is rude and has attitude as if they’re doing you a favor by answering your question. Were unresponsive to requests for claim forms. Go to a place that files insurance for you and are pleasant, there are plenty in NYC.
Stellar place : excellent diagnosis, care and customer service. They listen and respect their patients.
The best pediatric dentist we have ever been to!!! The entire staff is amazing. Dr Mark and Dr Sean are gentle and caring, the hygienists are angels and the assistants really tie it all together. When my kids go to the office, it’s really like their second home…and oh my the best part is the themed decorations..especially the pumpkin contest…if you haven’t seen it in the office….then you’re missing out.
My son has received dental care from Dr. Sean and staff for years. They are kind, compassionate and work with parents to make decisions, and are never judgmental.
