Used two different locations on 11/11/23. No issues at all at the first location located at Pier 57. Arrived at the 225 West 52nd Street location to be told by the attendant that we had to pay more because our car is oversized. We have an Infinity QX60 and have parked all over NYC and have NEVER been told it’s an oversized vehicle, in fact it’s categorized as a mid-sized SUV. A real bait and switch price scam operation they have going on. I travelled from Philadelphia to an event at the Hilton Hotel in New York on a Saturday May 6, 2023. I parked at the garage at 100 West 26th, arrived around 5:15PM and the attendant asked long I would be and I told him no later than 10:00. He quoted $50. When I returned at 9:30 he proceeded to charge me $72! I argued with him back and forth and getting nowhere as he made excuses about the size of my car (Subaru Forester) being the reason for the new charge. I re... read more
