Lovely condo, very well managed, highly recommended if anyone is looking to buy or rent here
I promise you everyone complaining about the manager, Frank, is/was the problem. Frank is strict, but fair and the state of the complex has done nothing but get better and better under his management. I've lived here for several years and dealt with Frank numerous times. If Frank didn't enforce the rules set in place by the board, the place would be a complete mess. There's not enough visitor parking, agreed. Horrible management. Current manager Frank is nasty, disrespectful and unprofessional. Has no manners and does not know how to talk to residents. I wonder how a guy like him is still in this position and they haven't fire him when you keep hearing everybody complaining against him
