Incredibly unfortunate that this hospital system has some incompetent staff working there. After months of back n forth with admin staff to get information on my operation, they have continuously underperformed. I have cancelled a procedure and will never use this organization again.

Doctor appointment themselves are good, but the doctor/surgical coordinator is impossible to reach between appointments. I had a few urgent issues and was not able to hear back 24 hours til 3 days later, which is frustrating.
Don’t waste your time. Its not valued. Second visit wait time was longer than the first. Projected 2 hours past appt time. Scheduling is also deceptive when they cram in patients in 15 minutes intervals. Quantity not quality, I guess.
