Dr Cleeman - As others also indicate, he has become extremely unprofessional and I recommend for your health you do not visit. I received a MRI per his guidance which included key health information related to my injury in the report received. He never discussed these findings with me and only the findings were brought to my attention when I went to get a second opinion from another ortho. I had a super poor experience here. At my appointment the Doctor told m he was writing me a prescription for some anti-inflammatory meds that he reccomended I take for the next 3 weeks, but the prescription was never sent to a pharmacy. I claled the office every day for a week and a half and only twice did they pick up the call, saying they'd look into it, but never got back to me. Dr. Duarte is simply amazing. He is an outstanding surgeon who is caring and has the best bedside manner. I highly recommend him for ankle injuries. Top notch professional!
Whoever answer thr phone is horrible..this is my first time calllin and the customer service is horrible..this is bad a reputation for your..i hung up the phone and not comingto this hospiyal because the lack of respect and seem like we are bothering them
