This dentist office was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First off, they are incredibly slow. I had an appointment scheduled and still ended up waiting way longer than I should have, with no real explanation. It felt like they had no respect for people’s time at all. On top of that, the space is way too tight. There’s barely any room to sit, and it gets crowded fast. It’s uncomfortable, and you feel like you’re just packed in there with no breathing room. No matter what time or how many times I call. The phone is never answered. You mean to tell me you all are busy on the phone 8 hours a day, every minute of your work hours, mon-friday? The phones calls are put on hold everytime the number is called. Mind you, they state a $125 fee for no show, but do not answer the phones to allow you to cancel or reschedule. Make that make sense. “I arrived for my appointment and experienced a long wait time of about 2 hours and 30 minutes. The waiting area was very crowded, and the overall flow of patients seemed poorly managed. The service felt slow and could be improved in terms of organization and patient communication and services.
I got in at 7:50, it took 30 mins to get seen by the doctor (very good wait time), they took my X-ray and in less than 10 more minutes my surgery commenced. I had 4 premolar extractions taken out with anesthesia- I felt nothing. After the surgery, they sat me down and waited until I was good. They then provided me with a sheet of instructions for aftercare and some medication was sent to my pharmacy as well. I was out of there by 9!
