I brought my mother here for a procedure for her 9am appointment, place was unreasonably packed, she was finally called to be seen at 1:15pm. She was told that apparently they prioritize older people first? Not sure how that worked against my 58 yr old mother who arrived on time for her appt. Needless to say she was pissed. Thankfully weather wasnt too bad so we stood outside due to the crammed space. This is the worst place ever!! They schedule you or tell you to walk in and they cancel on you. They told me to be here before 7am so thats what i did and as soon as they walk in they telling every body go home they not doing walk ins! Very ghetto very rude and horrible staff dont go here!!
Horrible place ! Poughkeepsie office and billing They charge your insurance and they also bill you for the same charge they already got paid for ! Beware ! Look up Dentaquest ! Plenty of other oral drs that are NOT scammers
