Manhattan Office Space is the absolute best. I cannot recommend them enough! They have the most up to date listings of office space in Manhattan available. Don't trust the big brokers out there that are all trying to make a buck off of commissions! Cut out the middle man and save yourself some money with these guys. Most of the listings on popular broker sites are old and probably off the market by the time you want to see them anyways. I learned, the hard way, that trying to find office space in Manhattan was more complicated and time consuming using so called "listing services." I thought they were unbiased providers of useful information, but it turns out they direct tenants to people who represent the LANDLORD instead of me! And they pressured me to see only their listings, omitting lots of other GREAT spaces (because, I leaned later, they're paid TWICE as much money).
