I previously gave 5, then deleted my review. Here’s why. The women and one of the men, older, do a fantastic job. The younger man intentionally twisted my finger until it hurt because I was on my phone. Regardless of the fact I wasn’t impeding on his job. When I said something, he blamed me. No apology. He also did not shape my nails almond. They were rounded, and way shorter that I asked for. I’m convinced this was intentional as well so that he could put in less effort.
