I have been coming to this salon for a few months now and never had any issues. This last time was different from beginning to end I received attitude from the main guy and he BURNED me with wax doing my eyebrows. The wax was placed too far down on my eyelid and i now have scars!
First off, the older lady that does toes, AMAZING. She really takes her time to make you feel satisfied and you can tell that she cares about the customer leaving satisfied. HOWEVER, if you’re ready for them to talking in their language the whole time you’re there, and not acknowledging a word you are saying, this is the place to you. I have gone there twice, and the guy has been super rude to me, and for what they charge, you can’t be telling me what I can or cannot do with my nails. There is great talent here, but the techs are not very friendly or welcoming. The young lady up front (Jessica) is very kind, polite and greets the customers.
Love this place! Always treated so well. This past Tuesday I showed up right as they opened, so no wait. My only complaint is my nail shape. I was watching TV & didn’t notice until my third finger was done & it was too late so this is on me for not paying attention. I wasn’t asked which shape I liked so I guess he assumed I wanted almond, I don’t like my nails to be pointy or have my sides filed down.
