They do a good job with nails have to give them that. I have gone to Manhattan for a few years now and not had any problems but recently they overbook all. the. time. There is no reason I should be waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time to have my service done. Especially with walk ins they’ll say they can take you and have you sit for an hour or two before you just have to get up and leave yourself. Let go of the customer - don’t waste their time. I love and recommend those who has never been to visit. They are very kind, respectful and so talented. I suggest making sure you schedule your appts. I always schedule my husband and myself appts in advance before I walk out theirs doors.
LOVE this nail salon! The staff is wonderful and the nail designs they can do look amazing. I really like their pedicures too, lots of options.
Super nice, friendly, gave us a mothers day gift. 10/10 recommend
