I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Hanif and will not be returning. Her demeanor was cold, condescending, and dismissive—the opposite of the compassionate care the practice advertises. More concerning was how minimal the actual care felt. I specifically told her I thought I might be experiencing heart palpitations. First and last time as a patient here. I came in for a medical exam and, at first, everything seemed great. They have a smooth and easy system, and the price for the exam was very reasonable. They also encourage you to leave a nice review every time you contact them, but I usually wait until the service is fully completed before doing that. I came here for a green card medical exam. The doctor and nurse were good. The receptionist was not. They made an error in inputting my name into their system, which made the incorrectly spelled name appear on all my files. I had to go back to explain to them the mistake, and go back again to pick up the corrected paperwork, which wasted multiple weeks in the green card process. Their billing practices are very shady.
