Booking appointments is incredibly easy, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating, even when the office is busy. As someone who regularly visits clinics for routine checkups, I expected at least a basic level of organization — but this office left me genuinely disappointed. I had to book a PCR -Covid test in a short amount of time. The adminstrator was amazing! He was able to fit me in quickly and efficiently. He directed me to another location that had an opening and it fit better with my schedule. Great customer service!!

BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM - STAY AWAY! Needed an urgent echocardiogram and found this Manhattan clinic through their ad. Called and was told they could fit me in quickly - BUT FIRST I had to: • Send insurance info • Switch my PRIMARY CARE physician to their Dr. Syra Hanif M.D. (!) • Schedule a 10-minute "appointment" with her before the echo Red flag much? If I could give fewer stars I would. They have no consideration of other people’s time. Schedule a video apt and are super fast to call and charge you for your copay with tax but have you waiting for 2 hours. I’m still waiting for a refund from a visit that never happened. Can’t get anyone on the phone and when I leave messages they never call back not answering to emails. I waited 2 months to receive a radiology report. Was told the machine wasn’t working once the other time was that my results weren’t ready. 2 months later... read more
