Alex at Manhattan Medical Arts was amazing to work with. He made the scheduling process incredibly easy and was super responsive in answering all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated how helpful and patient he was — outstanding service overall. Highly recommend!
I had to book a PCR -Covid test in a short amount of time. The adminstrator was amazing! He was able to fit me in quickly and efficiently. He directed me to another location that had an opening and it fit better with my schedule. Great customer service!!
The only good doctor here is Dr.Crystal. It's beyond ridiculous how they charge a copay for literally seeing you for 5 minutes. I waited 30 minutes the examination room, to be seen for 5 minutes. What upsets me the most is their fluctuation in pricing. They basically just stole an extra $100 from me because they refused to honor the prices from my previous weight-loss visits. They also refused to send in my records to my insurance company so that they can approve my prescription (never got approved) because they wanted me t... read more
As someone who regularly visits clinics for routine checkups, I expected at least a basic level of organization — but this office left me genuinely disappointed. The wait time felt endless, even though I had an appointment. Why schedule patients if you're not ready for them? The staff seemed overwhelmed and barely acknowledged anyone walking in, which immediately set the tone.
