First and last time as a patient here. I came in for a medical exam and, at first, everything seemed great. They have a smooth and easy system, and the price for the exam was very reasonable. They also encourage you to leave a nice review every time you contact them, but I usually wait until the service is fully completed before doing that. I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Chung and Dr. Hanif and their office! Booking appointments is incredibly easy, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating, even when the office is busy. Both doctors are perfect for patients with Medicaid, though it may be a more expensive choice for those without. Alex at Manhattan Medical Arts was amazing to work with. He made the scheduling process incredibly easy and was super responsive in answering all of my questions. As someone who regularly visits clinics for routine checkups, I expected at least a basic level of organization — but this office left me genuinely disappointed. The wait time felt endless, even though I had an appointment. Why schedule patients if you're not ready for them? I had to book a PCR -Covid test in a short amount of time. The adminstrator was amazing! He was able to fit me in quickly and efficiently. He directed me to another location that had an opening and it fit better with my schedule. Great customer service!!
