MMA is consistently an excellent place for all my healthcare needs. I spoke to Christopher earlier today and his efficiency was impeccable! Not only was he able to instantly send over all my required documents, but he patiently waited on call with me to make sure I received them and ensure I don't have any additional questions. First and last time as a patient here. I came in for a medical exam and, at first, everything seemed great. They have a smooth and easy system, and the price for the exam was very reasonable. They also encourage you to leave a nice review every time you contact them, but I usually wait until the service is fully completed before doing that. Starting off, the doctors and nurses are amazing and attentive. Explain in detail and treat everyone so nicely. I love the service. My one downside: the receptionist. That young lady has the nastiest attitude all the time. No wonder she begs for 5 star reviews over the phone. She gives short and rude answers, and makes everyone feel like they’re dumb for asking a basic question. We are patients, not disturbances, please fix your attitude. That is the only thing ruining my experience. Very entitled being.
I’ve had an amazing experience with Dr. Chung and Dr. Hanif and their office! Booking appointments is incredibly easy, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating, even when the office is busy. Both doctors are perfect for patients with Medicaid, though it may be a more expensive choice for those without. Multiple complaints: 1. No call or front desk explanation that there is an outstanding balance. No email, text, any modern communication (modern as in the 2000s). Just a mail saying money is owed which is easy to miss, then it gets sent to debt collection and obviously it’s a surprise. 2. Got asked to schedule a follow up meeting with the doctor (with no explanation purpose of visit). Then the scheduler asks me what is the purpose of the visit? Make up your mind
