Dr. Syra is one of the most professional and nicest PCPs I have ever come across in my life. Took her time to understand my condition even though there were more patients waiting. Glad I chose her as my primary care doctor. The prescriptions were very effective as well.
Do not go to this office. I had scheduled an appointment over zocdoc for a provider that obviously showed available times. The day of my appointment I get a call 2 hours before my appointment time from the office saying I could not be seen because the doctor was unavailable, and in addition to that I needed to see a PCP prior to seeing this provider.
