Unfortunately noone cares here enough to provide decent customer service anymore. Back in the day when both Joes' were there, you could accomplish something. When you walk in noone greets you, it seems like they just don't care. It takes forever to receive the order once it is finally paid at the counter. Ordering over the phone with delivery is even worse. The delivery is never as promised. The lacquer service is way too long, never on time either. This place has really gone downhill. I send my guy for “white prefinished plywood” and they change the order to “white maple.” Really don’t understand how they could do that. You call the number for the LIC location ….and they pick up the phone way out in Deer Park, two counties away, out in Long Island. Why? Someone tell me why? This business is mismanaged. Multiple mistakes. Constantly having to waste time, sending people back there. Been a customer for 8 years. No more.
