I have been shopping with them for a few years my husband even bought my wedding ring with them years ago ! i came in yesterday because a diamond came off my ring (mind you i just bought this ring 2 months ago) & they tried to charge me $30. when i asked why i was being charged if i just bought this 2 months ago they come back and tell me they can charge me $25 . Customer service is trash. I payed off a pendent and told them exactly when I needed it ready by. I stressed how important it was to have it ready on Friday. I come in on Friday morning at about 11am and the man said it wouldn’t be ready til around 3:30 and that he’d text me, I still came back at 3:30 in case he maybe forgot to text me. I come back at 3:30 and now he says oh come tomorrow shipping is late. I said okay what time tomorrow? One man said in the morning, another man said between 11-3.
