Dr. Khan was an amazing doctor. Unfortunately, I have to leave two stars because it's basically impossible to pay your medical bill. No online portal for payments, no one from the billing team has picked up the phone for months. I'm going to have to get a checkbook in order to not get sent to collections over $50.
Dr, Khan is an amazing physician. He is very caring, passionate and professional. Has time to listen and give the advise. I feel comfortable and not rushed. Very friendly environment! Thank you.
Do not, under any circumstance, trust this place with your medical and healthcare needs. They are negligent, irresponsible, lack any ounce of bedside manner, and remind me why so many Americans are distrusting of our healthcare system. Trying to get doctor notes (there weren't any - shocker) and imaging results is not just a marathon, but an obstacle course with no end in sight. Please, I'm begging you to not go to this doctor's office. Not going would be better than going I can promise you that. They will not respond to your calls, they will not assist you with anything you need, they will not provide documents that you request. Dr. Shein is one of the most unhelpful professionals I've ever had the displeasure of working with. PLEASE listen to these reviews and avoid this office.
Good luck ever reaching your doctor unless you go in person. Front desk has refused to even let me leave a callback message for my doctor when I had questions about a medication. They do this for the same reason they won't do Telemed appointments for controlled med refills, even though NYC law allows it : So they can charge your insurance for office visits.
