Being an official Lenovo certified repair center, they just literally refused to repair the laptop I have. It's still under warranty. Lenovo claimed that they can help, but instead some sleepy lady on the phone just told me that they won't repair it. Stay away at any point!

I went here to get warranty service done on my Lenovo Thinkpad laptop. They were extremely friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond in helping me arrange my repairs, and they were communicative during the whole process.
