She answer any questions or concerns you have if you are looking for a place or new to housing she helps you with that as well . I'm a veteran and I work with hUD vash for several years now and Manhattan Housing Authority have been a great place to help me and my family get our lives back together getting a new home that was affordable and they are willing to help anybody that is in need i thank them so much
Karen and Mike deserve awards for how much they have had to put up with along with how much they have had to go to bat for me over the last year when I was treated poorly and dishonestly by my landlord. There are bad people and bad staff no matter where you go but these two stepped in and really fought for me when I seemed to hit the jackpot of individuals who prey on the weak and uninformed. Fortunately with a proper education and community of support and information, I am no longer that weak individual.
